CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Peak/Season Period: Cancellation or modification up to 7 days prior to check-in – No charge. Less than 7 days – 100% forfeited.

• Off-Season Period: Cancellation or modification up to 3 days prior to check-in – No charge. Less than 3 days – 100% forfeited.

• No-Show Policy: Entire booking amount retained as cancellation fee.

• Early Departure: No refund for unused nights or early check-out once stay commences.

• Season and Off-Season Dates: As defined in the official tariff card or notified at the time of booking.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment mode.
